Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) apply to your use of kavitcg.com and to every order you place with Kavi TCG (“Kavi“, “we“, “us“). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

2. Products and descriptions

  • We sell trading card game products, including sealed product (booster packs, boxes, decks) and single cards.
  • All products are authentic. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or proxy cards.
  • Single cards are graded by us according to the condition shown on the product page (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played). Condition grading involves judgement, and minor differences from your own assessment are not a defect.
  • Product photos may be stock images or representative samples. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen.
  • Sealed product is sold as-is. The contents of booster packs and boxes are random, and we make no promise about which cards you will pull.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Card prices move with the market. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successful.

4. Orders and stock

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a shipping or order-confirmation email.
  • Stock levels are updated live, but occasionally an item may sell out at the same time as your order. If we cannot fulfil any part of your order, we will refund that part in full.
  • We may limit quantities per customer, especially on new releases, and may cancel orders that appear to be for resale or that exceed these limits.

5. Pre-orders

  • Pre-order release dates are set by the publisher and may change. We will let you know about significant delays.
  • If the publisher reduces our allocation, we may have to cancel or reduce your pre-order. You will be refunded in full for anything we cannot supply.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • We currently only ship within Singapore. Delivery options, fees and estimated times are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order when it arrives and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours, with photos of the packaging and contents and an unedited recording of the unboxing.
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund.

7. Returns and refunds

  • Faulty, damaged or wrong items: if you receive an item that is damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the problem: clear photos of the item and its packaging, and an unedited recording of the unboxing. We cannot assess a claim without this. Sealed product must be left unopened; once the factory seal is broken, it is no longer returnable. Where we are at fault, we will replace or refund the item. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, including the lemon law provisions.
  • Change of mind: we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, on any product, sealed or otherwise. All sales are final. This does not affect your rights above where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Intellectual property

Card names, artwork, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners (for example, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures and GAME FREAK). Kavi TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. All other content on this site is owned by Kavi TCG and may not be copied without our permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, using bots or scripts to place orders, scraping content, or submitting false information.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or expected resale value). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Small claims may be brought before the Small Claims Tribunals.
